I started writing this blog in those days when we were surrounded by pandemic (Covid 19) from all sides.
As I have started learning and keep myself involved with positive thinking as well as wellbeing activities.

Hi Friends, I am Akshit Shyam, I stay in Dubai. Since last 3 years before as I was locked in house due to pandemic, I was not able to do go for playing, cycling, running and even not able to meet my friends. This opened an all new interest and activity for me. I started many indoor activities such as home workout, cooking, online courses, gardening Etc. Me and my twin brother together did gardening and exercise. I found that there are many people like me who all are not able to do their daily routine activities. As I have started learning and keep myself involved with positive thinking as well as well being activities.

I want everyone to be healthy and active. Here I am going to talk about health and fitness that will help everyone stay fit and positive in daily life,

Furthermore, I will also share how to maintain a healthy diet during hectic or busy times. If you are not able to find space & time to work out and look for some real healthy stuff to eat
