Hi Friends, I am Akshit Shyam, I stay in Dubai. Since last few months I wasn't able to do much of physical exercises or even meet my friends due to the pandemic lockdown. As the lockdown went on for months, I started to think about my interest and activities that I can get involved in and so I gradually went on in investing my time on online courses, possible home workout etc. Therefore I will be providing some helpful tips from my perspective on different exercise that will help people to stick to their daily routines, while they keep themselves happy and healthy.

I will try motivate and encourage the youth and young adult people as we begin to raise awareness on health and happiness.
I want everyone to be healthy and active. Here I am going to talk about health and fitness that will help everyone stay fit and positive in daily life, where we need to fight physically and mentally. I will share with you how I learn more about wellbeing and what are the primary ways to keep ourself away from negative vibes, bad addictions, become obese and some health-related solution to be healthy.
Furthermore, I will also share how to maintain a healthy diet during hectic or busy times. If you are not able to find space & time to work out and look for some real healthy stuff to eat. Also, I will be sharing some easy exercises and its benefits. I will also list out the benefits of having organic and healthy food and how positively is it going to benefit your lifestyle.
Talking about wellbeing, I will not only be focusing on the physical health but also how can every person try to keep themselves mentally positive and fit. Nowadays everyone tends to have a busy and a stressful life, I will help you to provide some handy tips of how to be happy, full of energy, active and joyful mood. You a happy and healthy person, your friends, relatives, colleagues and peoples.
The secret of health for both mind and body isn't to mourn for the past, to not worry about the longer term , or to not anticipate troubles, but to measure this moment wisely and earnestly.
